The webinar was hosted by Alistair Bridge, GOC Director of Strategy, and featured panellists Josie Forte and Helen Tilley, both GOC Council members, and Marcus Dye, GOC Head of Standards and CET.
It covered how the standards were developed and included some useful tips and examples from the panellists on how the standards can be applied in practice.
The panel also answered a range of questions, including what types of complaints the GOC receives about business registrants, what the cost of implementing the standards are and how to support staff to override confidentiality.
